About Avidd & Bethel Ridge

Avidd Community Services & Bethel Ridge have been providing quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 30 years.  Our goal is to allow individuals with disabilties become as self-sufficient as possible and participate in the community around them. Here is a sampling of our array of services:

    • Our Residential Services provide support through 14 Group Homes and 12 Supported Apartments, in Morris, Somerset & Bergen counties
    • Supported Employment and Transition Services Our CARF Accredited Supported Employment Program helps people find jobs in the community tailor made to the individual’s interests, along with our Transition Services to vocationally prepare students for the workforce with a seamless transition.  
    • The Learning Center at Bethel Ridge builds academic and social skills to enhance the employability of our individuals
    • The Recreational Program offering the opportunity to attend sporting and social events and seasonal dances
    • Community-based supports to help individuals function more independently in their daily lives
